1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock when you place your order, we will inform you of the new shipping delay. Otherwise we will notify you or refund you the total amount of your order, depending on the original payment method.
2. Delivery Location
Available on our website items are available for delivery to an address in Canada. We also accept orders for International customers. Note that delivery charges will be sent to you by email to confirm your order and you will need to accept before, shipping. All shipments outside of Canada are available at this time.
An estimated delivery time of 7 working days depending on the country of delivery. Delivery times are an estimate and start from the date of your order confirmation. Delivery times should be used as a guide only and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order in 7 working days from the date of your order. Business Day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays. Delivery date may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, mode of delivery, and the items ordered. Products can also be delivered in separate shipments.
All our orders are shipped from the manufacturer with various shipping companies and you will be informed by e-mail as to shipping of your order including shipping number.
Once your order is at the control panel, transport costs will be confirmed by e-mail. Additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas or for large and heavy material. You will be informed of any charges on the payment page. Sales tax is charged depending on the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
